Client will be provided with Preliminary Questionnaire & Consultation Appointment Guide to ensure a seamless & productive appointment. • Proposal Document: Submission of a carefully crafted proposal, offering one cohesive, engaging design concept with two distinct plant selections for client approval. We will provide a comprehensive plant list complete with descriptions, maintenance levels, insights on plant's mature appearance, etc. for each individual plant, as well as Horticult's Plant Selection How-To Guide to ensure client is able to make a well-informed decision when choosing between design concepts. • Plant + Materials Procurement, Delivery: Upon approval Horticult will procure all materials & plants necessary for job. These will be delivered to space on a date closer to scheduled installation. • Installation: Professional on-site construction and planting of the container garden as per the approved design. Install may span upwards of two days depending on size of job + number of containers. • Detailed Maintenance Instructions: Provision of an instructive packet offering essential guidelines for effortless garden care and maintenance. • Ongoing Support: Access to our expert advice and support via email, with optional follow-up appointments* for a continual carefree experience. *Additional follow-up appointments will incur additional charges.
